What is USMD?
USMD, "high-touch/high-tech" approach – partnering members,

physicians and provides technology with its Alliance Partner –
Visionary Medical Systems, Inc. In addition, USMD provides
medical management and managed care services to a variety of
clinical organizations, networks and payers, enabling them to
achieve improved clinical outcomes at reduced cost.
